不好意思不知道這問題能否在這裡問我二月的時候在一家公司上班一直都很順利的上班和同事也都很愉快但剛剛忽然跟我說因為經過試用期的評估到現在我可能不適合他們這家公司所以要我上到這個月底之後會再找新的人當下真的很錯愕!!!!!! 那想請問我可以拿到資遣費嗎因為他們完全沒提到這問題工讀生非自願被解雇好像可以領到一點雖然我一個月平均是一萬元左右(時薪制120元/hr) 而工讀生也需要請公司開非自願離職證明嗎還是不需要感謝各位!!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.219.18.80
