但我自己有我自己的衛浴，所以二樓有一間主要衛浴廁所和一樓的小廁所最多事你們七個人share~不會搶廁所
巷底就是east perth train station，走路只要兩分鐘，巷口有數字公車，我們的share house需要大家一起維持住家的環境整潔喔!每週會大家輪流吸地毯，整理廁所，輪流到垃圾等!租金包水包電包網路，基本的鍋碗瓢盆杯都有~醬料調味料等也都有，枕頭棉被也有提供，家裡有一隻貓，所以怕貓或對貓過敏的可能就不建議來囉!
