記者洪偵源／綜合報導 Chris Froome展現黃杉王者氣魄，在第17站賽段後來居上，以些微差距擊敗Alberto Contador，再度笑擁單站冠軍。 環法賽第17站起點為擁有古羅馬遺跡與大型人工湖的昂布倫，終點設在紹爾，全長32公里，這一站是環法第二站計時賽，包含兩個爬坡段，比賽中還一度下起雨來。 突如其來的陣雨，逼得部份車手為了安全不得不減速，影響到進站成績，Joaquim Rodriguez完賽後登上領先者，結果硬是被Contador以0.8秒差距超越。 結果Froome又搶走第一的席次，途中他一度因雨騎得謹慎，第二個爬坡段前他還落後Contador11秒。 但是Froome在最後12公里處卯足全力追趕，不斷縮短差距，進站成績為51分33秒，反而比Contador快了9秒。
