大埔4戶已被苗栗縣政府拆除，大埔自救會與台灣農村陣線23日（周二）上午10時將在凱道召開記者會，呼籲馬政府道歉認錯、賠償損害，大埔4戶地歸原主、原址重建，否則1個月後，將號召全民群起「拆除強盜政府」。
台灣農村陣線23日將公佈苗縣府粗殘拆除大埔張藥局，隨意棄置張家財產物品慘狀，並將提出4項訴求，第一、馬吳江劉道歉認錯，賠償損害；第二、大埔4戶地歸原主、原址重建。
第三、立即徹查劉政鴻任內所有土地炒作不法情事；第四、立即修正土地徵收條例，修法前暫停全國土地徵收程序。
台灣農村陣線表示，馬政府必須在8月18號強拆滿月前立即回應，否則將號召全民群起「拆除強盜政府」；另外，全國關廠工人連線等團體亦將到場聲援，共同對抗強盜政府。
