蘋果供應商和碩 被指控雇用未成年員工

美國「中國勞工觀察」團體29日指出，美國蘋果公司的大陸供應商、台灣的和碩公司設在大陸的三個工廠涉及超時工作和雇用未成年員工。

中國勞工觀察在一份報告中指出，和碩違反蘋果的勞工守則。根據蘋果網站，供應廠商不得雇用未成年員工、加班必須出於自願、每周工作不得超過60小時。

報告指出，和碩的三個廠雇用七萬名員工，每周平均工時分別為66、67和69小時，「許多員工」不到18歲，其中有職業學校的實習生。（法新社）
