為核四公投案 藍綠立院扭打

立法院臨時會今天處理核四公投案，民進黨立委全力杯葛，昨天下午5點左右即搶進議場，佔據主席台。國民黨團清晨搶攻失敗，稍晚在議場後方商討如何奪回主席台，約九點半發動攻勢。

國民黨將軍立委陳鎮湘站在議場後方，舉牌指揮戰術，民進黨立委高志鵬朝他連扔三瓶罐泉水，嗆聲要他上主席台。藍營立委試圖由主席台兩側進攻，但遭強力阻擋。混亂中，國民黨大黨鞭林鴻池被綠委邱志偉壓倒在地、小黨鞭賴士葆POLO衫領口遭扯破，藍綠雙方互相叫囂、推擠、潑水、扔雨衣等，各出奇招。
