蔡提停建核四 總統府表詫異、遺憾

蔡英文今天主張馬總統為展現朝野會談誠意，應先停建核四。總統府發言人李佳霏表示「詫異與遺憾」。李佳霏說，馬總統很願意在不預設前提下與蔡女士會談，就國是交換意見，這才是朝野會面最起碼的誠意，相信也是社會各界長久以來的期待。
