金曲歌后詹雅雯2013《生命之歌》巡迴演唱會首場17日晚間於高雄巨蛋登場，高雄市長陳菊到場力挺這位「南霸天歌后」，並與前民進黨主席蔡英文等人一起至後台獻上鮮花。
演唱會一開始，詹雅雯以一襲白色長禮服，搭配蝴蝶破繭而出的意象登場，驚豔全場，隨後詹雅雯依「演歌風華、男人點歌、女人點歌、向前輩致敬」等主題，一連演唱33首經典歌曲，不時與台下一起唱和，氣氛熱烈。
搭上「待用」熱潮，詹雅雯此次演唱會吸引許多企業家購買「待用票」招待弱勢族群，17、18高雄2場演唱會累計邀請近千位弱勢歌迷到場欣賞。
