【綜合報導】根據最新外電指出，聯合國調查小組已經離開敘利亞的下禢飯店，傳出已經離開首都大馬士革，結束4天的調查行動。

目前英國和加拿大等國家已經決定不出兵，而美國也正在猶豫是否出兵。
