大家好~小弟是剛退伍的新鮮人(背景為國立科大機械碩畢) 最近找工作很幸運已經拿到新竹某半導體公司的製程offer 但是未來還是希望可以朝機構(傳產)的方向走(生活較有品質) 所以假設我在這家公司做了幾年以後再辭職轉換成機構的職位這樣會不會要重新累積相關的年資??? 最近工作真的很難找只有這一家公司的面試機會...所以不想放棄這一家的offer,但是又希望可以不要花好幾年的時間走冤枉路感謝各位先進 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.25.37.16
