天兔颱風來襲，馬總統呼籲民眾不可大意，並重申「預防性撤離」重要。馬總統今天在臉書上表示，雖然撤離到安置中心也許只是在那裡「空等」，但卻避開可能的災禍，這麼做絕對值得！自莫拉克風災以來，台灣的預防性撤離工作就已經做得非常徹底，並獲得國際高度肯定。
