本報訊
諾基亞（Nokia OYJ）與宏達電纏訟逾一年的官司，宏達電首輪吞敗。
據彭博報導，美國國際貿易委員會（ITC）法官彭德（Thomas Pender）初步裁定，宏達電侵犯諾基亞兩項專利，另一項專利則未涉及侵權。諾基亞日前甫將旗下手機事業售予微軟（Microsoft）。
ITC這項裁決是初步裁定，尚須經ITC全體6名委員審議，並於明年1月23日做出最終判決。ITC有權阻止侵犯美國專利的產品進口。
ITC法官裁定，宏達電侵犯諾基亞一項有關刪除無線電訊號錯誤的專利，以及諾基亞另一項有關處理不同無線電頻率流程的專利。至於未涉及侵權的諾基亞第三項專利是有關將訊息由電腦傳送至手機的專利。
諾基亞曾蟬聯全球手機市占霸主長達十四年，在2011將寶座拱手讓給三星電子公司（Samsung Electronics Co.）。諾基亞想靠著專利授權回收研發手機的支出。諾基亞以72億美元將旗下手機事業與技術授權售予微軟後，諾基亞仍將保有這項專利。
總部位在芬蘭埃斯波（Espoo）的諾基亞，於2012年5月狀告宏達電侵犯其9項手機相關專利。 (接下一頁)
