【綜合報導】北市勞動局昨公布7、8月違反《勞動基準法》企業黑名單，共37家業者上榜，以保全、客運及物流業最多，知名企業如「黑貓宅急便」的統一速達、欣欣客運及指南客運等也上榜，誼光保全違規最嚴重，稽查發現保全員單日工作16小時，超過法定工時，且連續30天出勤未休假，重罰60萬元。

此次違反《勞基法》遭罰企業共129家，包括情節嚴重被公布37家，項目以攸關勞工是否超時、休假的出勤紀錄未置備最大宗，有32家違規，違反每天總工時不得超過12小時有26家，工資未全額給付26家；未給加班費業者23家、超過約定工時業者21家等。民眾陳嘉毅說：「大企業罰不怕，乾脆把老闆名字公布，以發揮遏止作用。」
