中央氣象局說，今天(29日)台灣各地大多都是多雲到晴的天氣，只有迎風面的東半部地區及北部的山區偶而會出現零星短暫下雨的情況，而南部地區及中部山區午後會有局部性的短暫雷陣雨，安排活動的話要稍加留意。

中央氣象局說，今天(29日)台灣各地大多都是多雲到晴的天氣，只有迎風面的東半部地區及北部的山區偶而會出現零星短暫下雨的情況，而南部地區及中部山區午後會有局部性的短暫雷陣雨，安排活動的話要稍加留意。
溫度方面和昨天相差不大，各地低溫大約23至25度，早晚感覺上會稍有涼意，而白天高溫除了東北部地區29度之外，其他地區大都在30度到33度之間，整體上是相當舒適的。
至於位於南海的第21號颱風「蝴蝶」，未來大致上朝向偏西，往越南的方向前進，對台灣的天氣不會有直接影響。
中度颱風編號第1321號（國際命名WUTIP，中文譯名：蝴蝶），中心氣壓970百帕，29日2時的中心位置在北緯16.9度，東經113.1度，即在東沙島西南方580公里海面上（鵝鑾鼻西南方990公里海面上），以每小時11公里速度，向西進行，中心附近最大風速每秒33公尺（即每小時119公里），相當於12級風，瞬間最大陣風每秒43公尺（即每小時155公里），相當於14級風，7級風暴風半徑150公里，10級風暴風半徑50公里，預測30日2時的中心位置在北緯17.2度，東經110.7度，即在香港南南西方660公里海面上（鵝鑾鼻西南西方1180公里海面上），請在南海附近海面航行及作業船隻應特別注意，並隨時收聽此颱風的最新動態。
