伊朗核子談判氣氛良好 國際油價走低

由於伊朗與「六強」進行的核子談判氣氛良好，加上美國處理預算僵局的展望樂觀帶動美元上揚，使15日國際油價走低。

伊朗與「六強」談判時，建議各國可以對伊朗的核子計畫做更嚴格的監視，為期六個月，以證明伊朗並無意製造原子彈。「六強」表示伊朗的建議「很有用」，但仍要求伊朗提供更多的細節。

分析家表示，如果各國放寬對伊朗的制裁，必然使油價每桶10美元。

紐約西德州11月期貨油價每桶下跌0.94美元 (-0.92%)，為每桶101.47美元。倫敦布侖特11月期貨油價每桶下跌0.9美元 (-0.81%)，為每桶110.14 美元。
