【李忠謙／綜合外電報導】美國肯塔基州的丹普萊斯（Dan Price）從20年前開始離群索居，一個人住到牧場地底下的洞穴裡。而且他過得超節省，只需5千美金（15萬台幣）就可以過上一年。

如今年逾50歲的丹普萊斯因不滿房貸讓人變成屋奴，20年前決定放下手上的攝影工作，甚至離開妻子與兩名孩子，只為了「搬到自己心目中的家」，開始過著有如《魔戒》中哈比人般的生活。
