標題[請益] 彰化市有沒有清爽不油的食物?

最近有在運動 比較注重健康 試了彰化市許多家的食物 除了湯麵類外 在實踐路上的伊豆板燒屋 他的滑蛋蓋飯不油 但除了不油膩以外 吃起來沒味道 米飯類的要找到沒用油的好像很難 今天跑去吃金馬路上的越南廚房 涼拌粄條滿好吃的 而且完全沒有油 加了很多香草跟葉菜 有試過素食店 但素食的油加得比一般的店家還多 在彰化市想吃得清淡 是不是要找越南、雲南的外國食物啊 不然就只能吃自助餐了 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 106.1.29.31
