涉教唆偽證 陳哲男逆轉無罪

（中央社記者黃意涵台北13日電）前總統府副秘書長陳哲男被控為從司法黃牛案脫身，與前高院庭長李文成教唆證人作偽證。高院更一審改判陳哲男無罪。

全案一審依幫助偽證罪，判處陳哲男5月徒刑，二審撤銷原判，依幫助偽證罪判處陳哲男10月徒刑，減為5月徒刑。1021113
