中國三中全會宣布啟動實施「單獨二胎」的政策，正式放寬一胎化，嬰童市場用品需求將大暴增，激勵專攻市場的「黃色小鴨」F-東凌(2924-TW)，今(18)日開盤直飆漲停，來到59.8元。

據了解，大陸目的是為了控制大陸不斷增加的人口，每個家庭只被允許生1個小孩，除非夫妻兩人都是獨生子女，才能生育第2胎，放寬後只要夫妻1方是獨生子女，就可生育2個孩子，一胎化政策解禁後，大陸人口結構新生兒數量將會大增，估計3年後新生兒可能上看2300萬人，0至3歲嬰幼兒人口有望成長35%。

F-東凌(2924-TW)第三季受到銷售淡季影響，稅後淨利3132萬元，季減16.47%，年減7.65%，每股盈餘1.02元，累計前3季稅後淨利8909萬元，每股盈餘2.81元，隨著第4季是傳統冬天旺季，加上公司在管銷成本控管逐步發酵，第4季獲利有機會優於第3季，法人估計今年每股盈餘將衝上4元。
