商周聲明　盼找出更前瞻全面的檢測方式標準

對於政府今日召開記者會公布之乳品檢驗結果，《商業周刊》今晚修正其聲明，回應如下：
 
媒體的功能是守望、告知、預警，扮演吹哨者的角色。基於民眾長期對市售鮮乳的疑慮，我們對乳品進行抽樣調查，並將檢驗結果告知社會大眾。
 
我們使用的檢驗方法為偵測乳品中可能存在之藥物代謝，此非官方公佈的標準檢驗方式，該檢驗結果提出乳品中是否存在藥物殘留之疑慮，基於媒體扮演的吹哨者之立場予以報導。
 
政府為排除藥物殘留之疑慮，進行一系列的測試，並於今天公告所測乳品中並未檢出殘留藥物。
 
雖然雙方方法不同，結果各異，但我們希望未來各界一起找出更具前瞻性、全面性的檢測方式與檢驗標準。
 
我們會繼續站在關心食品安全的立場，負起媒體的監督、預警責任。
