走出壟斷局面　全球鉀肥價格看跌33%

【賴宇萍╱綜合外電報導】全球最大鉀肥生產商URALKALI，突然宣布退出與白俄羅斯同業BELARUSKALI的合資企業BPC，決定打破穩定全球價格的產能限制，讓規模達200億美元（6000億元台幣）的全球鉀肥市場，8年來首度自由進行交易，鉀肥價格估可能暴跌33%。

分析師直言，此舉有如沙烏地阿拉伯退出OPEC（ Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries，石油輸出國家組織），對市場的衝擊不容小覷。
