「他媽的」屬中性詞　法官：口頭禪判無罪

【綜合報導】台中市女子唐麗蓉(48歲)去年在住家社區開會時，不滿管委會副主委蘇志仁的發言和提案，脫口說「他媽的」等語；台中高分院認為，「他媽的」是唐女的口頭禪，昨判她無罪定讞。

判決指出，柯芬園3期社區去年6月，召開區分所有權人會議，唐女談及大門口不該停車妨害觀瞻時，語出「他媽的，大門口那麼清靜」， 遭蘇男控告公然侮辱。

唐女稱，她曾在中國北京住了4年，「他媽的」是中國或住在台灣的「外省人」慣用的俚俗言語，也提出「中國中小學教育學網」等相關資料， 指「他媽的」是中性詞或程度副詞，一審即獲判無罪。蘇男不服請求檢察官上訴，唐女最後仍無罪定讞。
